However, if a home has not been cleaned or is more dirty than a maintenance clean, or has not been deep cleaned for a while, this maximum time limit will apply to the cleaning job. This is to ensure that our cleaners are not burdened with excessive work beyond the scope of a standard cleaning service. In such cases, our cleaners will prioritize the tasks on the checklist to make the most effective use of the maximum allotted time. If all tasks cannot be completed within the maximum time limit, additional cleaning appointments or an initial/additional deep clean may be necessary.

Booking Process

Accurate Booking:
At Lucky Locals, we provide an estimated time for cleaning based on the square footage, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. This estimate is designed to be as accurate as possible for a property in typical condition.

 

Client Responsibility:
It is the client’s responsibility to book the correct amount of time and the appropriate type of clean. If the property requires more time than booked due to its condition, or if an incorrect type of clean is selected, we may not be able to complete all tasks within the time frame. In such cases, additional time or appointments will be necessary and will incur extra charges.

 

Time Limit:
The time limit only applies if a property is more dirty than usual or if a clean requires more time to complete the checklist. Our satisfaction guarantee covers the quality of the work performed within the scope of the booked service. It does not cover situations where the service booked was insufficient for the property’s needs.

 

Please ensure that you provide accurate information when booking to help us serve you better.

 

Team Cleaning Scenarios:

If your booking involves multiple technicians, the total estimated hours are divided among the team. For example, if you book an 8-hour service and two cleaners are assigned to your job, each cleaner will spend 4 hours on the service, resulting in the same 8 hours of cleaning being completed in half the time.
